About The Position

This posting will be used to generate an applicant pool for the 2025-26 School Year. This pool does not necessarily indicate there is a current vacancy. However, should a vacancy occur, this pool allows hiring administrators immediate access to potential candidates. Qualified applicants will be selected for interview by hiring administrators as needed throughout the school year. JOB SUMMARY This position assists in the management of a school office. This position provides a wide range of support services for student, parents, staff, and the public; promotes positive public relations for the school and the district. Assists office colleagues when applicable.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent with two or more years of office experience preferably involving bookkeeping skills; experience working with adolescents and the public; computer experience; school district work experience preferred.
  • Allowable Substitution Training in office procedures or bookkeeping experience may substitute on a month-to-month basis for one year of the required experience.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and English usage
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, remain flexible, and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to interact with children in a warm, confident manner
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public.
  • Ability to operate computers and learn specific software programs.
