About The Position

To assist the building administrator and staff with the usual office routines and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to operate office machines
  • Excellent written language skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to respect confidences
  • Ability to handle pressure/stress and ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Performs general secretarial duties
  • Places and receives telephone calls
  • Orders and maintains supplies
  • Helps to coordinate meetings
  • Other duties as requested by the Director, Coordinators/CTs, and Business Manager
