About The Position

Overview Department: Primary care Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Facility: Prime Healthcare Medical Group Location: 301 N Madison Ave, Joliet IL Responsibilities Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures, and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the Manager/Director. Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. High School Graduate or equivalent required. 2. Three to five year’s secretarial experience preferred. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
