Requirements
- Ability to follow work instructions and read basic blueprints
- Comfortable using tablets or computers
- Mechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledge
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Stand for most of the shift
- Lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Occasional bending and crouching
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate secondary production equipment
- Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed
- Perform in-process quality checks to meet customer specifications
- Inspect, sort, and package finished parts
- Complete production documentation using tablets
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and communicate any issues to your supervisor
