SUMMARY Responsible for executing preparation and finishing operations on assigned work orders with precision and efficiency. Key duties include painting, boxing, broaching, balancing, and key-seating of components. Tasks also involve pulling raw materials and stick stock, measuring and cutting materials to specified lengths using a cut-off saw, and ensuring all work aligns with technical prints and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will be offered a pay rate based on prior industrial experience, but not less than $20.80/hour to start. The shift hours of this position are 8pm - 6am Sunday night - Wednesday night. Associates assigned to 3rd shift will receive $2.75/hr shift differential.
