What You'll Do: Work with internal lending and post-closing teams to move electronic loan documents from the mortgage loan origination system into the organization’s permanent storage in Nautilus. Review each document for accuracy and completeness and scans additional materials as needed. Performs these tasks after loan funding or upon receipt of final documentation. Maintains detailed logs to track document movement and status and conducts quality-control checks to ensure all files meet organizational and investor standards.

Requirements

  • One to three years of similar experience
  • Associates or two-year college degree in Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal lending and post-closing teams to move electronic loan documents from the mortgage loan origination system into the organization’s permanent storage in Nautilus.
  • Review each document for accuracy and completeness and scans additional materials as needed.
  • Performs these tasks after loan funding or upon receipt of final documentation.
  • Maintains detailed logs to track document movement and status and conducts quality-control checks to ensure all files meet organizational and investor standards.
  • Ability to verify and process mailing member address changes, automatic payment submissions, and other member requests.
  • Work directly with members and internal support teams to verify and process mailing-address changes, automatic-payment submiss.
  • Follows established procedures and quality-control standards to ensure all updates are accurate, properly documented, and compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Assemble documents, file folders, and make labels for vault storage.
  • Research and upload missing documents to vendors to ensure compliance for Various Audits including Adfitech, Arch Mortgage Insurance, Radian, FNMA, GNMA Compliance , Doeren Mayhew, National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB).
  • Research missing or incomplete documents and upload them to designated vendor systems, following established procedures to ensure all files meet organizational, investor, and regulatory compliance standards.
