About The Position

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, Seasons' Food Runners are responsible for delivering orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.

Requirements

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• 1 year of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guests requirements proactively.
• Ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Clear, clean, and set up table, chairs, linen, china, glass, and silver unobtrusively.
• Use a "Captain's Pad" for effective communication.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service.
• Assist in preparing smaller items like toast, soup, or beverages.
