The Seasoning Operator is responsible for operating seasoning equipment on the production lines according to specified guidelines, ensuring safety, efficacy, efficiency, and quality. This role involves producing a consistent product that meets Barcel USA's standards, adhering to company safety rules and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area following the 5's protocol. The operator must proactively ensure people's safety, operate lines to minimize waste and maintain specified speeds, and ensure product seasoning meets specifications to avoid customer complaints. Responsibilities also include following standard operating guidelines for seasoning equipment, assisting bagger operators with duties like calibrating scales and changing products, completing all required paperwork, and keeping the work area, tools, and supplies clean and sanitary. The operator is expected to learn and perform in other positions within the Process System, follow all GMPs and Safety Procedures, and be flexible with work schedules and overtime as requested. Meeting KPI goals set by management and following color code guides to prevent cross-contamination are also key aspects of the role. The individual should not be allergic to milk, soy, wheat, or eggs.
