The Process Operator is responsible for operating Mixer, Oven, and Fryers on the Production Lines according to specified guidelines to ensure safety, efficacy, efficiency, and quality. This role involves adhering to all company safety rules and procedures, including informing management of unsafe conditions, and following the 5's protocol for maintaining clean and organized work areas. The operator must be proactive with safety, ensure production lines run at specified speeds with minimal waste, and operate fryers correctly to prevent undercooked products or oil spills. Key duties include following standard operating guidelines for equipment, assisting the Mixer Person, completing all required paperwork, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. The Process Operator is expected to learn and perform all positions associated with the Process System, comply with GMP's, Safety Procedures, OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA, and meet KPI goals set by Management. Flexibility in work schedule and overtime is also required.
