About The Position
Thank you for your interest in joining the team at our Cheryl’s Cookies production facility in Westerville, Ohio. While we may not have immediate seasonal openings available today, we are proactively building a Seasonal Talent Pool to support our upcoming peak baking, production, and fulfillment periods. This posting is designed for candidates who want to be considered for future temporary seasonal roles supporting our Westerville operations. SEASONAL ROLES MAY INCLUDE: Production & Assembly Team Members Frosting & Packaging Associates Shipping Support Inventory & Material Handling Support WHAT TO EXPECT Seasonal assignments support our highest-demand gifting seasons. Schedules may include days, evenings, weekends, and required overtime based on production needs. Positions are temporary in nature; however, strong performance may lead to consideration for future opportunities when available. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work assigned shift, including weekends and required overtime during peak seasons
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30–40 lbs. as needed
- Ability to work in a food production environment and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled production and warehouse areas
- Reliable transportation to and from the Westerville facility
- Authorization to work in the United States
