Our busiest season is approaching, and we’re building our Seasonal Operations Team at our Hebron facility. SEASONAL ROLES MAY INCLUDE: Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates Order Picking & Packing Production & Assembly Team Members Shipping & Receiving Support Freezer Forklift & Equipment Operators WHAT TO EXPECT Seasonal assignments typically run through our peak business period. Schedules may include days, evenings, weekends, and overtime based on business needs. Positions are temporary in nature; however, strong performers may be considered for future opportunities. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work assigned shift, including weekends and required overtime during peak
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs. throughout the shift (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the Hebron facility
- Ability to follow safety procedures and meet productivity expectations
- Authorization to work in the United States
