About The Position

While we may not have immediate seasonal openings available today, we are proactively building a Seasonal Talent Pool to support upcoming peak production and fulfillment needs. This posting is intended for candidates who want to be considered for future temporary seasonal roles within our Groveport distribution and operations environment. SEASONAL ROLES MAY INCLUDE: Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates Order Picking & Packing Production & Assembly Team Members Shipping & Receiving Support Equipment & Forklift Operators Inventory & Quality Support WHAT TO EXPECT Seasonal assignments support our high-demand business periods. Schedules may include days, evenings, weekends, and required overtime based on operational needs. These roles are temporary in nature; however, strong performers may be considered for future opportunities when available. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work assigned shift, including weekends and required overtime during peak
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs. throughout the shift (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the Hebron facility
- Ability to follow safety procedures and meet productivity expectations
- Authorization to work in the United States
