BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee day to day operations during night special events and performing supervisory on duty responsibilities. Demonstrate and exemplify the Universal Way Service Standards, which includes consistently carrying a positive attitude Inspire and motivate Team Members to work independently and as part of a team to meet company and team goals Responsible to ensure that Team Members follow USH and department policies and procedures Assist with providing coaching and meaningful feedback to ensure Team Members are meeting area and sales expectations Assist with creating and/or writing Standard Operating Procedures Assist with other tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication (oral, written, computer), and decision-making skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate and teach everything from team goals to specific tasks
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Approachable attitude while acting as a leader
  • Remain calm under pressure and have patience
  • Ability to clearly communicate
  • Previous experience as a Lead, Supervisor or equivalent experience outside USH
  • Attendance - TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months
  • Variance - TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months
  • Behavioral - No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months
  • Probationary Status - TM must have passed or be within 75% Through probation during application/ selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role
  • Leadership - No removal from lead role in the last 6 months
  • Must be current USH Team Member
  • Must have full open availability

Responsibilities
