About The Position

As a Server at Poza, rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service with grace, attentiveness, and style—reflecting the luxury and sophistication of L’Ermitage Beverly Hills. Your knowledge of our menu, attention to detail, and intuitive hospitality will help craft memorable moments by the pool and under the stars.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment preferred
  • A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outdoors, on your feet, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • A current Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification are required for this position

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, personalized service to guests dining at the rooftop pool and restaurant
  • Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and insights into ingredients and pairings
  • Serve food and beverages with precision, timing, and poise
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in line with L’Ermitage brand standards
  • Ensure poolside areas and service stations are clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Collaborate with bartenders, chefs, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
