About The Position
This position pays $17.00 per hour. M&M’S Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2026 Spring and Summer Season! This position will be from March 2026 to September 2026 Job Overview: Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!
Requirements
- Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 16 years old to apply
- No Education or previous retail experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Foster Inclusivity and Effective Collaboration with a diverse team
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
Responsibilities
- Providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position.
- Driving daily sales and metrics.
