About The Position

M&M’S New York is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2026 Summer Season! This position will be from May 2026 to September 2026. This position pays $20.20 per hour. Candidates ages 18 or older eligible for this position. Job Overview: Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. Requirements

Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years old to apply
1-2 years of previous retail experience required.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
