About The Position
M&M’S New York is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2026 Summer Season! This position will be from May 2026 to September 2026 This position pays $20.20 per hour Candidates 18 and older eligible for this role Job Overview Operations Associates primary focus is to process shipments, prepare and setup chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor, while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Operations Associates are also required to provide exceptional guest service while filling in for Guest Experience Associates on the retail floor they will be required to provide exceptional guest service
Requirements
- Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- 1-2 years previous retail merchandising, stocking or warehouse experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ages 18 and older eligible for this role
