About The Position

As a Poker Dealer, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging and memorable experience for every guest. In this dynamic role, you will professionally manage and deal poker games with accuracy and efficiency, while ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Using your expert dealing skills and strong guest focus, you’ll help maintain a fun, fair, and welcoming environment that keeps players coming back for more.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality required

Responsibilities

• Professionally deal and support the smooth operation of live poker games, clearly communicating rules and procedures to players as needed
• Maintain a professional, friendly, clean, and safe gaming environment while delivering top-tier service that anticipates and meets guest needs
• Manage player buy-ins and table bank balances while ensuring accuracy of chips, pots, and rake throughout the game
• Alert supervisors or Security to any unusual activity, missing items, or potential theft
