About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Deals Poker games by applicable laws and company policies and procedures. Greets guests to Poker tables, provides information about the game, answers any questions players may have about procedures, and provides instructions to the players as needed. Collects rake at the end of each bet and upon completion of the game, drops the rake into the table drop box; assures accuracy of the rake count. ensures the integrity of the game and provides an enjoyable gaming experience. Maintains a working knowledge of company policies, internal controls, and applicable laws. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Proven knowledge and experience in dealing with Poker is required. High School graduate or GED required. PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be 21 years of age or older . Must be able to obtain a VA Lottery Gaming License . Ability to effectively communicate Must be able to work in environment including second hand smoke, lights, loud noises I understand the Casino and its surrounding areas are under constant surveillance, and that as an employee of Caesars Virginia, I will be under that surveillance. I also acknowledge that I have had my photograph taken and understand it will be kept on file with Caesars Virginia Surveillance Department.
