Housing, meals, and transportation provided Weekly Pay Opportunity for overtime during peak seasons No experience required, open to training Your Daily Role: Safety & Compliance: Lead by example to promote a strong safety culture; enforce policies and ensure compliance with all safety standards (LOTO, confined space, fall protection) and GMP requirements. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment; diagnose issues using blueprints/schematics, perform electrical and mechanical repairs, and support line changeovers and equipment optimization. Operations & Documentation: Complete preventative maintenance, manage work orders in EAM, track parts usage, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement, training, and cost-saving initiatives.
