Housing, meals, and transportation provided  Weekly Pay  Opportunities for overtime during peak seasons  No experience required, open to training  Your Daily Role: Daily Responsibilities  Maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment Must have the ability to operate large agricultural and related equipment Function as team leader for seasonal personnel Ability to complete record keeping of operations in season and out Overhaul equipment within the area of responsibility Use protective guards and equipment provided  Obey all warning tags/signs when working on equipment  Comply with good manufacturing practices and quality procedures  Adhere to Nortera Foods Inc. safety policies and report any unsafe acts to management  Suggest any ideas or equipment modification which will help lower production costs Conscious about quality issues to ensure the highest level of finished product  Attend training seminars as needed/required Support onboarding and training of new employees as needed Other duties and/or special projects as assigned   Worker Support & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for contract workers; provide bilingual communication, assist with onboarding, benefits, and personal/work-related matters while maintaining confidentiality. Compliance, Safety & Housing Oversight: Enforce company policies, GMPs, and safety standards; ensure seasonal housing and cafeteria operations meet all federal, state, and company regulations. Operations & Coordination: Partner with facility management and staffing teams to manage worker logistics (transportation, documentation, medical needs), support training and orientation, and maintain organized, compliant housing operations.
