About The Position

The Bike, Mechanic crafts exceptional experiences for evo’s customers. These individuals maintain, repair, and build product for our customers.

Requirements

• No degree required.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience required
• Adaptability, attention to detail, communication, customer service, inventory management, multitasking, problem-solving, product knowledge, teamwork, time management

Nice To Haves

• Barnett or UBI Certification a plus
• Foundational knowledge of suspension work, pivot, and bearing services
• Has an interest in staying up to date on the latest bike trend technologies

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide accurate repair quotes upon customer arrival.
• Ensure all service shop tasks (tunes, assemblies, etc.) are completed properly and on-time, maintaining consistent and high-quality work standards.
• Offer credible, unbiased advice during service check-ins and assist customers in selecting appropriate products.
• Attend scheduled clinics and training sessions to continuously improve personal gear knowledge.
• Order necessary parts to ensure seamless completion of repair jobs.
• Assist customers on the sales floor, providing expert insights and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop area.
• Other duties as assigned
