About The Position

Exciting opportunity for a seasonal position at Columbine Country Club. This position will engage in multi-facet maintenance operations. Great opportunity to learn and expose yourself to the country club environment. The Maintenance Technician position prefers 3 years minimal experience, knowledge of acceptable plumbing fixture repairs, methods, and equipment, basic carpentry, paint types and ability to follow paint schedules. Knowledge in repairs of various building applications and parts procurement and replacement. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Flexible work schedule with punctuality and reliability. The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the Club’s equipment and structures. Position requires a uniform supplied by CCC. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time · Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend · Able to lift at least 80 lbs.. · Moderate noise level in the work environment.

Requirements

• 3 years minimal experience
• Knowledge of acceptable plumbing fixture repairs, methods, and equipment
• Basic carpentry
• Knowledge of paint types and ability to follow paint schedules
• Knowledge in repairs of various building applications and parts procurement and replacement

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment and Club facilities.
• Perform simple electrical duties and responsibilities.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, troubleshooting and repair of Club equipment and/ or facilities.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and Club facilities.
• Perform a variety of projects associated with building maintenance .
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
