About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of Company grounds
as well as the receiving and distributing of work materials. Duties may include
but are not limited to snow removal, lawn care, loading and unloading of
materials and equipment, transportation of materials, equipment and other
Company items and/or personnel, internal and external individual and
departmental relocation, delivering of requested supplies, and providing timely
assistance and solutions to employees and departmental requests.
Salary Grade (4) 16.10 - 20.12 - 24.15

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.

Perform lawn care and grounds maintenance.

Maintain plants and shrubs by trimming and/or fertilizing.

Plant new plants as needed on Company grounds.

Loading and unloading of materials and equipment.

Transportation of materials, equipment, and other Company items and/or
personnel.

Coordination of all internal and external individual and departmental
relocations.

Delivering requested materials and supplies.

Providing timely assistance and solutions to employee and departmental requests.

Routine cleaning and maintenance of the fleet vehicles.

Requirements

• The person in this Seasonal position must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High School Diploma preferred
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively communicate with Company personnel and vendors in a professional manner.

Nice To Haves

• Prior grounds maintenance experience preferred
