About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of Company grounds as well as the receiving and distributing of work materials. Duties may include but are not limited to snow removal, lawn care, loading and unloading of materials and equipment, transportation of materials, equipment and other Company items and/or personnel, internal and external individual and departmental relocation, delivering of requested supplies, and providing timely assistance and solutions to employees and departmental requests. Salary Grade (4) 16.10 - 20.12 - 24.15 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform lawn care and grounds maintenance. Maintain plants and shrubs by trimming and/or fertilizing. Plant new plants as needed on Company grounds. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Transportation of materials, equipment, and other Company items and/or personnel. Coordination of all internal and external individual and departmental relocations. Delivering requested materials and supplies. Providing timely assistance and solutions to employee and departmental requests. Routine cleaning and maintenance of the fleet vehicles. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications The person in this Seasonal position must be at least 18 years of age. Individual should offer suggestions and improvements for all aspects of the area’s day-to-day operation and equipment. The environment will include performing functions, assignments, and projects within any corporate facility. These interior environments could include but are not limited to small space work areas, office areas, utility areas and crawl spaces, storage spaces, and larger departmental areas. The position will be exposed to multi-level structures utilizing stairs and/or elevators for movement within the area. The interior structure noise level is low to moderate. The position will also perform various and ongoing functions, assignments and projects within our exterior corporate grounds during various climates and weather conditions. The exterior noise level varies due to equipment operating noise level and/or other exterior noise variables such as vehicle traffic and adjacent business noise. The position will also be required to operate and/or ride in Company vehicles from time to time for varying periods to perform assigned tasks.

Requirements
