Seasonal Maintenance Assistant

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Seasonal Maintenance Assistant to help us keep our Clifton Park location looking and functioning at its very best all season long. As our Seasonal Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our space safe, clean, and welcoming, because the details matter to our families. Your day-to-day will include: Supporting our maintenance team with general upkeep of the building and property Performing routine interior and exterior maintenance tasks Keeping common areas and facilities in excellent condition
Requirements
- A dependable team player with a strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and have a baseline knowledge of landscaping equipment
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs - our birds are hungry and bird seed is heavy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Prior maintenance or facilities experience is a plus, but not required!
