About The Position

Hello future shop assistants! We're a busy and rapidly growing flower shop in Los Angeles gearing up for the week of Valentine’s Day — one of the biggest and most exciting moments of the year in the floral world. We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and hard-working shop assistants to join our team and help us create an unforgettable experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity to learn the floral industry from the inside out while working closely with our design team and shop managers. What You’ll Be Doing This role is physically demanding and perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include: Constant lifting (up to 50 lbs) and moving flowers, buckets, arrangements, and larger shop items Processing floral product and preparing items according to company standards High-volume restocking of supplies, vases, and glassware Maintaining store cleanliness — shop floor, storefront, cooler, bathrooms, and parking lot Working hand-in-hand with our design team to ensure everything is prepped, organized, and ready for production Supporting day-of operations to keep the shop running smoothly during one of the busiest floral holidays of the year If you're excited to be part of a high-energy floral team and ready to jump into one of the busiest and most beautiful weeks of the year, we’d love to meet you! – The French Florist Team To apply: Submit your resume that shows your experience or email [email protected] with your resume and a little about yourself.
