About The Position

The Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the day-to-day operation of concessions and hospitality areas during events. This role assists with inventory, staff coordination, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and guest-focused environment. This is a hands-on, event-driven position ideal for someone with prior food & beverage or hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting—especially in a baseball or live event atmosphere.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Dependable and able to take direction while working independently when needed
  • Basic familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office is helpful
  • Seasonal, event-based schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Hours will vary based on event schedule (typically part-time, with potential for long shifts on event days)
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed
  • A pre-employment drug screening is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with stocking and preparing concession stands and storage areas before events
  • Help maintain appropriate inventory levels and communicate low stock needs
  • Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Support basic inventory counts and product tracking as needed
  • Provide on-site supervision and guidance to hourly staff during events
  • Assist with training new employees on basic procedures and service standards
  • Help ensure staff are following company policies and health regulations
  • Address minor guest or staff concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, storage rooms, and workspaces
  • Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to management
  • Assist with basic setup and operation of point-of-sale (POS) systems
