The S easonal Digital Implementation Support Specialist plays an important role in supporting the successful setup and use of Learning Without Tears' digital products. This seasonal position works closely with our full time Digital Implementation team to help organize customer cases, prepare student & teacher roster data, and respond to customer questions-ensuring schools and educators have a smooth onboarding experience. This is a great opportunity for a technically minded, detail-oriented individual who is curious, empathetic, and eager to learn how digital education products are implemented and supported at scale. Recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply. While college students are welcome, please note this is a full-time and in-office role that runs from June through October .
