TEKsystems is looking to hire a Digital Banking Support Specialist to assist one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest! Pay: $21.00/hour Shift: Department is open 7 days a week, 7:00am-8:00pm EST Will be given a set 8 hour shift, will not be rotating Must be comfortable working one weekend day Training will be 8:00am-5:00pm (M-F) Office is located in the Flint, MI area MUST be local to Flint, MI or surrounding area Job Details: Provide support for digital banking products/services including troubleshooting issues related to login, navigation, alerts, transfers, etc. Assist customers over the phone with general deposit account inquiries and provide overflow support to other teams Deliver first contact resolution by anticipating customer needs and applying deep product knowledge and problem-solving skills Maintain up to date knowledge of bank's digital platforms, policies, procedures, and service enhancements Collaborate with internal partners and back office teams to resolve escalated issues Demonstrate bank's core values and deliver exceptional customer supper in every interaction
