Customer Solution Center – Digital Support Specialist TEKsystems is hiring Customer Solution Center (CSC) Digital Support Specialists to support our client with an upcoming acquisition and system convergence. Effective June 19, all systems will be unified, creating increased customer demand across multiple banking products. These roles are critical to ensuring our newest customers have a positive, seamless, and welcoming early experience. Position Summary The Customer Solution Center Digital Support Specialist serves as a Tier II digital banking expert, providing advanced support for online and mobile banking platforms. This role focuses on educating customers, troubleshooting complex issues, driving digital adoption, and delivering a best‑in-class customer experience. Specialists also support overflow calls from other Lines of Business (LOBs), demonstrating flexibility and cross‑functional expertise in meeting a wide range of customer needs.
