QualificationsWhat AMC is looking for We’re looking for an enthusiastic a Team Member to assist the Manager in ensure the smooth operation of AMC’s Fire Island Cabin. Someone that is able to pivot when obstacles occur. This seasonal property is located on the bayside of the barrier island, with easy access to the ocean. The self-service cabin has an overnight capacity of 26 (bunks and tents) and welcomes guests from May through October. Guests are able to access the ferry to the island via train from Manhattan or via car, allowing easy access to the National Seashore, where they can walk on the beach, visit the Sunken Forest, kayak or SUP in the bay, or enjoy the community atmosphere at the cabin. The initial salary represents our starting point, and our compensation philosophy is designed to reward and recognize the contributions of our employees as they grow within the organization. External candidates typically begin their journey with us at the starting point of the salary range. The final compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience, education, skills and geographic differential relevant to the position, and will be discussed during the interview process.
