We are currently hiring for a full time seasonal clerk/stock attendant - inventory management available from May through August! In this role, the primary responsibilities are clerical duties. This role will provide support to the office by answering phones, printing and collating purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips. Additional responsibilities also include assisting with scheduling the pipe truck and entering Dossier entries for NIS material. This position must be able to interact with internal and external clients in a professional and courteous manner. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with employees spending approximately equal time each week working in both warehouse and office settings.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Familiarity with computers and work systems such as Microsoft office suite, in particular Excel and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely, and professionally) with customers and internal staff.
  • Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedules.
  • A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate party.
  • Print and collate purchase orders, invoices and packing slips.
  • Assist with scheduling the pipe truck.
  • Assist with Dossier entries for NIS material.
  • Provide Excel assistance for data requests
  • Assist with picking packing orders
  • Assist with receiving/verifying shipping papers
  • Savings tracking and data analysis
  • Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned
