About The Position

1.Is accountable for performance of all job functions in a manner consistent with the hospital’s commitment to the TLC Relations philosophy. 2.Will assist with projects involving Supply Distribution and other related duties as assigned. 3.Will independently address and resolve minor supply problems in a timely fashion, advising the Warehouse Manager and Senior Central Supply Technician and others as required. 4.Accurately replenishes and delivers supplies to the assigned hospital departments based on- hand quantities on exchange carts or floor stock with established inventory PAR levels. 5.Accountable for accurate, neat, and timely maintenance of inventory, replenishment and PAR level management. 6.Through execution of job duties, improvements, suggestions, and communications, ---will support the hospital-wide efforts for standardization and expense reduction. 7.Utilize Supply Chain Skills to include accurate management of supply inventories, purchasing requestions, receiving supplies, materials operations. 8.Reporting and recording and managing on-hand inventory balances and inventory values. 9.Inspection of supplies for expiration dates, rotation, and damage in the warehouse. 10.Maintain correct location and storage needs of warehouse supplies 11.Cycle count all supplies (month round) and record count in MM system. 12.Accurately make adjustment to the inventory to reflect cycle count results. 13.Manage PAR levels to the patient census and other supply manufacturing and disruption situations. 14.Coordinate and evaluate PAR and Inventory control and management of GS stock supplies. 15.Assist with Materials Management functions including receiving, PAR scanning and stocking and other processes as needed. 16.Cover off shifts, holidays & other time frames as required related to HS materials management needs.
