A Typical Day in the Life: As an administrative coordinator, you will support a team of business development professionals that are responsible for driving growth and prospecting new clients.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative role or equivalent training/education
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs

Responsibilities

  • Keeping detailed records of activity and communication within our customer relationship management system
  • Assisting with proposal and engagement development
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative projects
