About The Position

The successful Seadog Ticket Booth Agent will warmly greet guest and distribute boarding passes, answer questions, diligently collect payment and vouchers, and make reservations while maintaining an upbeat attitude. Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Sales & Guest Services Promote maximum revenue attainment by performing transactions with efficiencyEnsure accuracy in transactions while monitoring product capacitiesEnsure that every guest is greeted warmly when approaching the ticket boothAnswer questions regarding product, price, duration etc. with expertise and patiencePrepared to work during submitted availability and schedule timeMaintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standardsAttend applicable meetings and training sessions as designated or necessaryAdditional job duties assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of one (1) year guest services experiences preferred
• Cash handling experience a plus
• Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form
• Must be organized and detail- oriented
• Able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Listen effectively, assesses the situation, determines relevant issues, & suggest sol
• Must be energetic and upbeat
• Must be self-motivated

• Cash handling experience a plus
