THE ROLE A box office ticket agent will be responsible for providing accurate information and exceptional guest services related to upcoming shows, special events, concerts, restaurant functions, ticket sales, including upselling ancillary products in relation to those events.

Requirements

Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
Entry level knowledge of basic computer operations and point of sales systems (i.e., Google, Micros, etc.)
Skills in guest relations; phone etiquette, cash handling (1 year experience), filing, in a multi-task environment with attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate verbally with both customers and coworkers
Ability to type 30 wpm
High School diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail
Positive attitude
Teamwork; work well with others, in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment
Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance
Punctual attendance with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
