As a Lead Software Engineer within PNC's Retail Tech organization, you will be based in Denver CO. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. This role involves creating and leading the technical design and development of software solutions. The Lead Software Engineer will propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs, prepare technical and procedural documentation, and facilitate complex problem resolution. They will also provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and review coding, testing, and documentation of software. The position requires applying modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities. PNC Employees are expected to be Customer Focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, and skilled in managing risk by assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities
