As a Lead Software Engineer within PNC's Retail Tech organization, you will be based in Denver CO. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. The Lead Software Engineer will propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs, prepare technical and procedural documentation, and facilitate complex problem resolution. They will also provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and review coding, testing, and documentation of software. The position requires applying modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities. University / college degree (Bachelor's).
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
Ability to work in an in-office environment in Denver, CO.
