We're looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to build, coach, and scale a team focused on one of Buildots' fastest-growing verticals; Mission-Critical projects. In this role, you'll lead and mentor a team of SDRs responsible for prospecting, mapping, qualifying, and generating high-quality business opportunities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Management to refine outreach tactics, enhance messaging for mission-critical personas, and ensure the seamless handoff of qualified leads. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a top-performing SDR, experience scaling outbound programs in the enterprise space, and a passion for developing people and processes.
