We are looking for an experienced SDR Team Lead to join us as a key driver of our sales development engine. This is a Player-Coach position for a sales professional who excels at high-level prospecting and is ready to take ownership of a growing team. In this role, you will lead the outbound charge by maintaining a personal quota, effectively setting the standard for the team. You will initially manage one SDR, with the responsibility of hiring and onboarding additional team members as we scale the department. This is a role for someone who wants to remain hands-on in the field while actively shaping and expanding our sales organization.
