MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Training Coordinator, you will: Manage Program Execution: Oversee the effective execution of all required tasks in support of program objectives and contract deliverables. Coordinate Resources: Supervise and coordinate a geographically distributed team of training instructors, ensuring all personnel meet qualifications and are effectively aligned to tasking requirements. Drive Instructional Readiness: Ensure training support is effectively administered, including instructor qualifications, schedules, and planning for resource allocation. Support Contract Operations: Manage program operations related to human resources, talent acquisition, compliance, subcontracts, and security requirements. Work with Stakeholders: Act as a professional liaison with government customers to ensure clear lines of communication and alignment of objectives. Enhance Instructor Support: Oversee instructor task planning, ensure compliance with training standards, and support the operational use of training resources, including technical systems, simulations, and online courseware.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years' experience in Surface Warfare and training management, specifically managing training support tasks that involve: Coordinating geographically distributed training staff. Administrating technical training equipment, tactical simulations, and web-based courseware.
  • Five (5) years’ experience in Navy training environments managing instructor operations, such as: Maintaining and overseeing instructor qualifications. Managing instructor schedules and task planning.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a complex, fast-paced environment with distributed support functions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with government officials and training personnel.
  • Demonstrated experience with program support functions, including: Human Resources. Talent Acquisition. Subcontractor Management. Security Operations.
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent Navy experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance (required).
  • U.S. Citizenship (required).
