Job Responsibilities: What you will do Incumbents foster the culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship that is the hallmark of effective Agile teams. Individual lead and educate the team in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and other methodologies, as needed, to ensure that the agreed-upon processes are being followed. Work is typically less complex in nature. Incumbents are expected to work on completion of assigned certifications.
Requirements
- 3+years experience in Agile team required.
- Must be knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- Basic understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs.
- Must be familiar with Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, etc.
- Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Scrum Master experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate creativity for assigned development team(s) with focus on improving efficiencies.
- Lead the team and effectively utilize Agile processes and methodologies.
- Lead efforts to remove the impediments for assigned scrum teams.
- Facilitate meetings modeling decision-making processes that ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
- Collaborate with product owner to ensure epics/user stories are in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Conduct retrospective meetings that focus on celebrating achievements and lessons learned.
- Refine and update technical and business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical and business training, attending professional and business industry conferences and actively participating in professional organizations.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
