Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Azure or other Scrum tools (Rally, Jira, VersionOne, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in facilitating regular Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • Help maintain Scrum artifacts such as the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown charts.
  • Support the Scrum Master in tracking team progress and backlog management.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process optimization.
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
