About The Position

As our Scrum Master Intern, you will shadow Scrum Masters during Agile ceremonies and as you gain experience, may take the lead in facilitating some of these sessions. You will play a key role in Jira data analysis by extracting data, building reports, and creating dashboards to support teams and help advance PMC’s maturity. And, as part of the internship, you’ll get to complete at least one key project to enhance your learning experience and highlight your resume. Requirements

  • Availability to work 40 hours/week throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 1 – August 7, 2026). The schedule will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm and this position can be based out of our Plymouth Corporate or Burnsville Administrative Office locations.
  • Third- or fourth-year college student in active pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related, and a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above.
  • Availability to work full-time throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 1 – August 7, 2026).
  • Relevant coursework, such as Introduction to Programming (Python, Java, or C++), Introduction to Software Engineering, Data Structures & Algorithms I, and Project Management Basic, Agile & Waterfall Methodologies Overview.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to tools for Project Management (Jira, AzureDevops, etc.).
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
