About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with over 6 years of proven expertise in leading IT software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and will be adept at facilitating high-performing teams to deliver quality software solutions on time. You will serve as a servant leader and coach, helping teams embrace Agile principles and continuously improve their processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT software development projects.
  • 6+ years working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience delivering software projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4+ years of experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile principles and practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar.
  • Experience working in a scaled Agile environment.
  • Background in software development or QA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work in a remote or distributed team setup.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth team progress and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to groom the product backlog, define user stories, and prioritize work.
  • Drive continuous improvement by assessing team performance and implementing Agile best practices.
  • Ensure teams follow Agile principles and company policies while adapting to changes in requirements or priorities.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including developers, QA, business analysts, and management to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Track and communicate team metrics and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
