Day to day
Assist in facilitating regular Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Help maintain Scrum artifacts such as the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown charts.
Support the Scrum Master in tracking team progress and backlog management.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process optimization.
Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Azure or other Scrum tools (Rally, Jira, VersionOne, etc.)
