What You'll Do: Learn to operate and maintain multi-spindle screw machines by selecting tools, adjusting feeds and speeds, and loading raw materials (such as metal rods or bars) Interpret part drawings and instructions to produce accurate components Use measuring tools (like calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to confirm parts meet specifications. Perform quality inspections and follow machining processes Fine-tune the machine or replace worn tools to maintain precision and productivity Keep your workspace clean and prioritize safety at all times Support the team with additional duties as needed
