We are looking to fill a NAb Scientist position working as a full-time employee of Parexel FSP on long-term assignment onsite at one of our clients located in Springhouse, PA. This position offers full benefits, sick time, 401K, paid holidays, and paid time off. This position does not offer any sponsorship. Parexel FSP includes the CMC Operations group. Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise developing, troubleshooting, and performing plate-based and cell-based assays for different therapeutics.
  • Experience in different bioanalytical technology platforms, such as MSD, Ensight, Envision etc.
  • Previous work experience in regulated industry environment (not including academia) and a solid understanding of current GLP standards
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in good documentation practices
  • Ability to follow procedures and thoroughly document experiments.
  • Capable of working efficiently and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent individual that maintains full accountability for data generated and can work collaboratively in an organized setting
  • Must be comfortable working with biological matrices
  • Degree in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biology, or related biological science discipline
  • Scientist 2: B.S./B.A. 1-2 years of experience
  • Scientist 3: B.S./B.A. 3-5 years of experience or MS 1-2 years of experience

  • Use of automation platforms to perform preclinical and clinical assays.
  • Knowledge and expertise in assay qualification/validation/Sample analysis
