  • Experience with live cell imaging (e.g. Incucyte) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize cell-based activity assays for primary and/or engineered human immune cells (T cells, NK cells, macrophages, etc)
  • Process human leukopaks, isolate and characterize human PBMCs.
  • Expansion and analysis of primary or genetically modified primary T cells and other immune cells
  • Utilize an array of analytical and molecular techniques to investigate the dynamics and responses of T cells and other immune cells to antibody-based therapeutics
  • Execute cell-based functional assays using high-throughput approaches in primary cells, immortalized reporter cell lines, and other disease-relevant cellular systems.
