About The Position

Join us as a Scientist! This is a fully onsite role based at our customer’s site in Collegeville, PA. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Summarized Purpose Our team is searching for a Scientist who will be responsible for the analysis of biological samples using Liquid-Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry to deliver PK and PD endpoints for clinical studies across the client portfolio.

Requirements

  • BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline with 2 years of related experience
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with LC/MS and/or quantitative bioanalytical methods.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for GLP and GCP analytical activities.
  • Excellent computer skills for communication and report writing
  • In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with analysis and reporting of preclinical or clinical PK data.
  • Experience handling of human biological samples.
  • Proven experience and ability to troubleshoot methodological issues
  • Experience utilizing laboratory information management systems for daily job functions.
  • Highly motivated team player with a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to interact effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of drugs, metabolites, and biomarkers in biological samples to applicable standards using defined analytical methods.
  • Produce written analytical methods, reports, and report contributions.
  • Ensure that work is performed in compliance with the relevant regulations (primarily GCP), with procedures guided by applicable government regulations, and relevant SOPs.
  • Handle human biological samples and perform experimental work in accordance with HBSM, safety and data integrity guidelines.
